Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1 Where is the cheapest fuel in Europe?
The lowest fuel prices are in Bulgaria, Romania and Poland. The most expensive are in the Netherlands, Denmark and Norway. The difference can reach 50-70 cents per liter.
2 How to find a cheap gas station near me?
Use our gas station search above: enter an address or allow location access. The system will show the nearest and cheapest stations within your selected radius.
3 Can I pay by card at European gas stations?
Yes, Visa/Mastercard cards are accepted at virtually all gas stations in the EU. At unmanned stations, card may be the only payment method.
4 What is E10 and is it suitable for my car?
E10 is petrol with 10% bioethanol. Suitable for most cars manufactured after 2000. Check compatibility in your documents or on the manufacturer's website.
5 Do I need a vignette to refuel on motorways?
Refueling itself doesn't require a vignette. But for motorway travel in Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovenia and other countries, a vignette is mandatory.
6 How to save on fuel during a trip?
Fill up in countries with low prices before crossing borders, avoid motorway gas stations (20-30 cents more expensive), use supermarket stations (Leclerc, Auchan, Tesco).
7 Does the site have LPG and AdBlue prices?
Yes, we track LPG prices in all countries. AdBlue is available in the gas station search — select "AdBlue" as fuel type in the filters.
